Message saying “because if a technical issue your download can’t be completed”
I am unable to watch recordings, catch up, on demand saying because of a technical issues this cannot be downloaded. It has been like this for over a week

Has your broadband routers software updated recently?
Update you router if your ISP allows this to be done by the end user
