Mackenzie Sky+HD Box
Recently had a replacement sky + hd box installed that gives us no sky channels, plus unable to record programmes. What is the problem and how can it be fixed?

Re: Mackenzie Sky+HD Box
Sky+, being a legacy package, is no longer supported by Sky.
You can't now pair a viewing card to another Sky+ box that it wasn't paired to at the end of October 2024.
You can still call Sky to discuss your options which will be upgrading to Sky Q or moving to Glass / Steam to continue to view Sky content through a Sky subscription.

Re: Mackenzie Sky+HD Box
It's the Viewing Card linked to your Sky account which tells your Sky box what channels you're entitled to watch and record. The Card has to be 'paired' with your Sky box.
Unfortunately it's no longer possible to pair a Viewing Card with any Sky+ box, other than the one your owned prior to October last year.
