Hi all,
Please can anyone assist?
We have a tv and Sky box in the lounge and another tv in the conservatory with a magic eye which has been installed for several years with no problem. A few days ago the magic eye on the 2nd tv stopped working, although the neon indicator was still illuminated. Tried everything to get it working, Unplug and plug in, check all connections, box re set, checked rf 2 output ok, new batteries in remote and still wouldn't work.
Bought a new magic eye. Just the same, lit up, but not working.
Re installed original magic eye. Still wouldn't work, so resigned ourselves to no longer having the magic eye facility. Then, after being left for a couple of days, it suddenly started working again without doing anything further!
However, and I'm sure it's something I did whilst pressing all the different buttons on the remotes, whenever we turn on the magic eye on in the conservatory which works fine, it also turns the tv on in the lounge!!
Can anyone help?
Many thanks.
