My sky tv doesn't work 

I have power it 

trued turning off and on but I still get no picture on the screen

Can you confirm that you have Sky+ (not Sky Q)? Is the power light on the front panel lit? Red/amber or green? Does it change colour when you press the power button on your Sky remote?
