Lost my sky+

I had a fuzzy picture on my sky + so I asked google!(see below)  Now I cannot find my sky channel was 1, I have retuned antenna dtv, cable and satellite. Tried manually to find but no luck. Anyone out there can help me please. 

1. On your Sky remote, press
   Services, then type 0, 0, 1, and press Select to enter the hidden Installer Menu. (For very old boxes, the sequence might be Services, then 4, O, 1, then Select). A Sky Commu... +2
2. Navigate to RF Outlets. &
3. Change the RF Channel
   Number from 68 to a lower number below 50 (Channel 21 or 25 are highly recommended).
4. Save the settings and exit. e
5. Important: You will now need to go into your TV's settings menu

You need to retune your analogue tuner, to the new RF channel number you chose, and not the digital one (dtv)

I have returned (on lg tv) doesn't mention analogue but I retuned everything I could see, satalite, cable and digital but to no avail.

@Clare32 My LG during the antenna tuning process has a Digital only check box, make sure this is unticked

Auto tuning will then do the following

 Antenna DTV

Antenna Radio

Antenna TV

The top one is digital ie Freeview and the bottom one is analogue

I go into auto tune I have 3 options 

antenna

cable

satalite 

optune to select all or individual

Antenna TV is the one that connects to your Sky Plus boxes RF out, make sure the Sky Box is out of standby (Green power LED) before you scan

If it cannot detect your box then your need to try a different RF channel in the Sky box settings

If 68 was working but fuzzy try 67, 66, 65 ... until you find a clear channel
