I have lost all my recordings from my planner. I had around 18% free space but it doesn't explain why they've all gone. Have performed housekeeping reset (not a full factory reset as I know that deletes everything) Still nothing. Can anyone help?

@HDRAS is this a Sky Q box or a Sky+ HD box

Do you mean a Planner Rebuild?

Yes and made no difference

The likelihood is that some or all of the recordings are still there but no longer accessible. Regrettably there's nothing you can do to retrieve what's left if the Rebuild hasn't worked.

Oh that's really annoying because it's wiped everything, even all my series links and anything I had scheduled to record. It's almost like the box reset itself! And I had so many good films on my planner 😒
