Loss of sky on demand on sky +

Renewed BT broadband contract within hour my sky on demand connection lost on my Sky +. Sky advice is  to upgrade to Sky Q. Any alternative?

Restart your Sky box by switching off at the plug for at least 4 minutes, and restart your broadband Hub by switching off at the plug for 30 seconds.

 

See if they then connect.

  • Thank you. Thankfully solved issue by restting router password. It seems by renewing my BT contract the platform switched over to EE and this appeared on the Sky services page. I reset under original BT Hub name and password  and it connected.
