Sky + HD box isn't getting satellite signal

Sky + HD box isn't getting satellite signal. Went in to services input boxes both blank telephone line not connected can anyone help.

No satellite signal it's almost certainly a dish misalignment. Sky no longer support Sky+ and Sky+HD, but if you have Sky Protect through Domestic and General Insurance you can call them to arrange an engineer, otherwise you'll need to employ a local satellite engineer at your own expense to check it (or contact Sky to upgrade to Sky Q or change to Glass / Stream).

@Mj341 did you try restarting the box, by switching off at the plug for at least 4 minutes?

 

Has the box been disturbed recently? You could check while the box is switched off that the two dish connections at the back are still secure. 

 

If heither help, there's most likely a fault with your dish or cabling as @Daniel0210 posted, which will require the assistance of a satellite engineer.
