Linking Disney+ to Sky

Okay, so Sky email me telling me that I am entitled to free Disney+. I don't have an app enabled device but, no problem, Sky advise me to go to my account online and enable. When you try this you get the error "You need a Disney+ subscription to do this. Please check you've added Disney+ to your account before trying again" 
You go to Disney+ and select the partner option to be re-directed back to Sky. Hmm.
Phone Sky again x2 - routed around the system but confirmed that I should be entilted to watch Disney+ on my laptop or similar and I should go to the Disney+ app on my Ipad. No joy. Then got in touch with Disney+ support - after quite a while, instructed to contact Sky again (now 4 times) to ask for a direct activation link. There has to be an easier way?
Any advice / guidance would be appreciated, thanks

You posted in the Sky Plus forum, Sky Plus customers don't get free Disney+ as their Satellite box in incapable of running ANY apps, you require a newer Sky TV service to get Disney+

You can watch Disney+ online - and this is what Sky have said I am able to do....

As @Annie+UK says  Disney+ is not available to SKY + customers

No doubt you can watch Disney+ online. But not as part of the free offer linked to your Sky subscription.

Can you confirm that you are a Sky+ customer because if you are then you can not watch Disney+ online via your Sky account.
