Yesterday mornings bad lightening caused my sky+ broadband to switch off and sky to switch off. I called sky straight away and they sent out a new router and the broadband is back up and running but the sky tv isn't working. The box is showing a green light but the tv isn't picking up any signal. I've even changed the hdmi cable and nothing. Sky are trying to push sky Q but I'll have to wait 2 months for an engineer and I'm a single mum with a 6 year old and it's the summer holidays. It's been one day and he's going grumpy already. Any advise please

Sky Go app on a mobile device of games console (if you have the correct subs), this can be used whilst you wait for the install, also Sky my give you full access to Sky Go but you might need to call them to activate it
