LG magic remote

My magic remote has just stopped working, when I have gone into the LG tv setting and gone to device connector none of the sky options work.  I have a sky+HD box made by Amstrad.

Anyone else have this problem all of a sudden? Have you got it working again and if so how?

Thanks just tried that still not working, think issue is with the options on the device connecter screen, not the remote itself, no longer showing the sky+hd box as it used to be an option.  

The remote itself works just not with sky.

Try deleting the Sky Box and then move it to a different HDMI, not seen this on my LG NanoCell

Has your TV had a firmware update recently?

HAve you tried turning off the sky box at the main for 5 minutes?

Done that.  Interestingly the TV auto set new hdmi up as a TalkTalk device.  This is my internet provider curiously.  Still nothing when resetting it sky.

It's a pain but try Factory Resetting the LG

So reset TV.  Tried all the sky options, no luck then tried Amstrad and this time it worked!  We are go on the magic remote again.  Thank you.
