It could be a dish alignment issue. Sky themselves no longer support Sky+ and Sky+HD, but if you have Sky Protect through Domestic and General Insurance you can call them otherwise you'll need to employ a local satellite engineer at your own expense. Any calls to Sky are likely to suggest this or an upgrade to Sky Q where any dish issue will be resolved on the change over installation.
