That looks like a TV message, rather than your Sky box.

If it has been stuck like that for over 30 minutes then pull out the mains plug and wait a couple of minuter before plugging it back in. Also check the backup button on the top of the box is not stuck down

This is a Sky screen, the one you get when you force a software update 🙂
