Issue with sky viewing card

Just this morning and issue appeared on sky stating to reconnect with sky viewing card, it is not working

@BrianMoohan can you tell us exactly what the error message says? And which Sky tv system - Sky+? Or Sky Q?

Have you ordered Sky Q in the past and the install cancelled?

if not try performing a New Install

No Sky q ordered. I took card out a second time and wiped it, put it back in and it worked
