Intermi

My Sky provision is getting worse. Being able to watch TV programmes is very intermittent and the programmes are very limited. 
More often than not programmes do not record and although I have broadband I am unable to watch catch up.

I have Sky + HD and cannot upgrade because I live in a flat, neither Sky nor the housing association will provide the required satellite dish. 
The signal is poor and the picture is blocky at times or the screen is blue.

I am paying monthly for a service I am not receiving.

Would appreciate some advice please.

Picture issue is with your communal dish setup that is not Sky responsibility, you need to get the managment company that maintains the dish to fix your issue
