I keep getting a message asking me to reinsert my viewing card...this has happened before and if i dont reboot everything i cant access anything other than what is currently on.
Its ridiculous if i have to keep doing this every other week as getting to switch it off etc is in an awkward place.
Can someone please advise or do i have to actually call Sky customers service to get this sorted??

@june08 It sounds like either a faulty card or card reader if it happens on a regular basis, either way I think you'll need to call sky
