Info button not brining up the on screen panel containing program detail anymore.

Maybe my  remote is malfunctioning or have Sky stopped this function?

This function has not been removed, maybe your remote needs cleaning inside, see my Sky Plus FAQ for details on how to clean the insides 🙂

.... and do you have a good signal on both dish feeds? Check via Services > Settings > Signal.

 

The white part of all four bars should be at least half way across
