I want to change my sky package . Really want to speak to a human

I currently pay for sky HD sports and the variety bundle. I can no longer afford this 81.50 gbp,! I am shortly to become a pensioner and would like the sports and variety bundle plus Netflix, willing to get rid of HD. If not cheaper want to cancel Sky altogether

The Variety package is an old one that does not exist anymore as it has been replaced by the Sky Signature one which is basically the same plus it gives access to Sky Boxsets.

The best deal would almost certainly be through Sky Stream with Essential TV and the Sports add-on.  Sky has no incentive to offer discounts on Sky+ HD as it's an obsolete platform which is increasingly costly to maintain for small number of users.

Note - I do not think you will be able to get Netflix & remain on SKY HD  as you need a SKY device that supports apps to activate

 

I believe these are the current methods for contacting Sky. Depending on your reason for making contact some methods are more appropriate than others …



call Customer Services by dialling 150 (free) from either a Sky mobile or a Sky Talk landline.

All calls will start automated which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.

Note: if your services are restricted due to a missed payment phone contact is unlikely to work.
