I’m not getting all the music channels.

I'm not getting all the music channels. There is a message at the top of the screen stating this channel is currently affected by a problem with your satellite signal. This is not a new problem as this has been going on for about 3/4months.

Have a look at the Sky+ section on this link
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal
If that doesn’t help you, you will have to arrange an engineer to check your dish alignment but there will probably be a charge. .

INFORMATION FOR SKY+ USERS: From 29th October 2024 you will no longer be able to pair your viewing card to a Sky+/Sky+HD box that the card is not already paired to, so if your Sky box fails you can’t replace it and you'll need to move to either Sky Q, Sky Glass or Sky Stream to access Sky content

You've posted in the Sky+ forum, but I don't recognise the error message you're seeing. Do you have Sky Q? 

 

Given that the problem has been o going for months, have you spoken to Sky about it?
