I have no subscription with sky but there charging me £10 a month for for sky + hd

There Charing me £10 a month for sky + hd , I haven't got anything else with sky , I don't even use this , trying to cancel it is a nightmare

That would be the monthly fee you agreed to in order to keep using the Recording facility when you cancelled your subscription.
