Almost certainly a dish misalignment. Although Sky themselves no longer support Sky+ and Sky+HD, as already stated, if you have Sky Protect through Domestic and General Insurance you can call them otherwise you'll need to employ a local satellite engineer at your own expense to check it (or contact Sky to upgrade to Sky Q or change to Glass / Stream).

Great. As part of the install the engineer will change the LNB on the dish and check the alignment. I will cc in another Superuser @nigea99 who has compiled some information on customers swapping from Sky+ to Q.
