I have a new sky box the same as my old one my sky card will not activate hd programmes

Hi, I have a new sky box which is the same as my old one 18 years old. I can only get HD 12345. No other hd programmes. I have rung sky twice and assured they have fixed the problem.  Stll doesnt work. I am waiting for a Q box but n ot a available until 18th Nov.  We are still paying for a service we cannot use. HELP>

It's not clear what the problem is. Can you only receive the 5  main terrestrial channels? Or can you receive the other channels but not in HD?
