I have Sky + and can no longer use Catch upCan anyone help?

Had sky for years and noticed the top picks part was not looking the same about a week ago. Stating

.It says come back soon to see what's on.

Tried resetting via the red buttons instructions and going on line to fix, tried rebooting, but its saying the same. Been over two weeks now but cant get hold of Sky for help. Has anyone got any ideas please
