It tells me to contact sky help which doesn't exist! I've spent 5 hours on the phone today

Here is what you need to do: 

  • Press "Services" on your remote.
  • Depending on your box model, you might need to navigate to Settings first.
  • Highlight "Picture" (it should be yellow).
  • Enter the hidden menu by pressing "0" then "1" on your remote.
  • Look for the "Planner Rebuild" option and select it.
  • The box will take a few minutes to complete the rebuild.

Alternatively:

A simple restart can sometimes fix temporary glitches. Just unplug the power cord from the back of the Sky box for a few seconds and then plug it back in.
