I accidentally deleted a programme I had recorded using the permanently delete button is there any way of undeleting it I have the old Skky box the one before Sky Q

If you've deleted it from the Deleted tab of the Planner, it's gone, I'm afraid.

If you've deleted it from the Deleted tab of the Planner, it's gone, I'm afraid.
