Home move - issue unable to book

Having a horrific experience at the moment , sky customer for nearly 20 years . Currently not in contract with them. Rang to move home (take broadband and sky with me) but want the best offers available. Encountering an issue on my account where they are unable to book move. 5 days later , no contact (said wattsup wants but not received) also just we are still working on resolving. Customer services state nothing can be done till it's resolved ? Anyone had similar issues ? Not in contact so really tempted to go elsewhere .

Are you a Sky+ customer? Sky+ is a legacy product and Sky don't do maintenance or installations on it anymore except maybe for circumstances where Sky Q couldn't be installed.
