Help I can’t download

I am having issues with downloading. I was binge watching a tv show and every few episodes it wouldn't complete downloading. It would download to 101% and stay 'downloading' and wouldn't change to 'available'. So I would skip it and move on to the next one. However now I can't seem to download anything. It's just doing the same thing over and over . Please help

Delete these failed downloads and if they end up in the deleted folder also delete them from here as well then see if you can downlaod after doing this.

Thank you for the advice. I have tried that and it's still not working I'm afraid.
