@Mamapalo If you mean the pin to access channels and services on sky box it's normally last four digits of the first viewing card number you were issued

The pin is the last 4 numbers on your viewing card which you can find via SETTINGS > SYSTEM DETAILS on your Sky box, or you can set it to whatever you want via this link:

https://mysky.sky.com/mysky/settings/tv-pin
