If youi've tried a different mains socket and replacing the fuse in the plug, I'm afraid your Sky box has given up the ghost. and you'll need to upgrade to Sky Q or Sky Stream (unless you can get your Sky box repaired by a local repairer).
Do NOT consider purchasing a second hand box off sites such as eBay as it won't work (as you won't be able to pair your viewing card to it).
