Hd channels not working

There is an upgrade message on the HD channels although I already pay for HD channels very strange

You may have lost the HD privilege from your Viewing Card. If you call Sky they should be able to send a signal to your Sky box to refresh your Card. (Don't be fobbed off if they tell you the only solution is to upgrade).

Called them today and they said box is too old wanted me to upgrade to skyQ said no box was working fine day before so no further on
