Getting help from Sky.

I agree with others about lack of human contact when contacting Sky. I also find Sky's suggested Help

Topics of no use. And where to go after them?

My remote controller is supposedly covered by insurance but hasn't worked in more than two weeks and I am still waiting for a replacement. I need it to put on the sub titles due to my earing loss.

A nice indian gentleman promised to sort it within five days so hopefully it will arrive soon. Please provide human help staff.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

Sky don't run insurance schemes they are run by a 3rd party (ie Domestic and General) under the name of Sky
