Frustation

 Have a connection problem I have followed the instruction until they say connect to broadbands wi fi then it asked if I have

 

 a router then go to  settings then is says press a button on the sky box the PRoblem is I am disabled and the box is in a unit so I cannot get to the button and I live on my own please help

I have nobody to help me cannot this problem be dealt with by sky please

Sky won't send an engineer as Sky+ set ups are no longer supported. Perhaps ask a friend, family member, carer or even a neighbour to help you.
