You have offered me an upgrade to Sky Q at no extra cost. Does this mean there is no mextra monthly fee?

You may wish to read some notes I have made for people considering switching from SKY +/HD to SKY Q
As @Mark39 mentions (& in my notes) a 'Free' upgrade sometimes comes with 'strings' such as needing Multiscreen or a lower specified box so best to to discuss with SKY
