The picture comes up with card not authorised.

You'll need to phone Sky to arrange a replacement card, if you don't already have one, as the one you have has been cancelled and can not be reactivated

@qwambo that's the reason, then. If you received a Viewing Card when you ordered Sky Q, you can use that, otherwise you'll need to request a replacement Card from Sky, I'm afraid. You don't have to switch to Sky Q or Stream.

Thanks, wife had put the new card on top of the box, didn't know it was there.
