Faulty Sky + remote

Hi, my Sky+ remote doesn't work properly. The batteries have been changed and I've followed all the tips on your problem page. It needs replacing as it's almost impossible to use.

You can buy a replacement from online outlets such as Amazon or your local supermarket or hardware store.
