Fault with hard disc drive

Hi.

 

I cannot record or use the apps etc as a message comes up saying fault with hard disc drive. Please advise

You could try a full System Reset which might restore normal working albeit probably temporarily. It will delete everything from your Planner.

 

Ultimately the box will need to be replaced. There are used boxes available cheaply via eBay etc. Just look for a DRX890 or DRX895 model as they're the most recent, though still 7 years old or more. Or now might the opportunity to speak to Sky about a no-cost upgrade to Sky Q.
