It is on their sky help Twitter feed and is still not resolved.It either fails or downloads one episode to 102% and jams.This is the same issue as a few weeks back and took a few days to resolve so just record programmes you want to watch and then download them when it is resolved.

I have been watching Grimm for the past week and no problem with downloading but last night it stopped S2Ep10 and kept saying downloading 100%, no option to play and only a cancel button. No error message is being displayed or any message from Sky to say there are issues with downloading to Sky Q, which others have noted.

I have checked my Wi-Fi signal and all sky apps are fine. I have reset the box. There Are no issues. It has to be an issue with Sky and the Grimm series because I can download other programmes.

experiencing.
 
We are aware of a widespread issue with downloading from our Boxset and
on demand service at this time which our teams are currently working
hard to resolve.
We really appreciate you taking the time to highlight this with us and

As @Annie+UK has posted here, this issue is known to Sky and is being investigated and as soon as we have an update we will post on this thread to keep you all informed.

Thats fair enough but this is the 2nd time in a month this has happened.Managed to download 2 programmes from yesterday on Witness and not everyone looks at the community website so should be on Sky website aswell and updated on twitter.

Updates are on Sky's Service Status website, where,they should be.
