Error message in sky + detected an issue with network settings

@RuthBA I've never seen this error reported before. Has your Sky+ box been connecting ok up to this point? As a matter of course, the first thing to try is restarting your Sky box, by switching it off at the plug for 4 minutes.

@RuthBA Hi, I have two SKY+ boxes, they do this every so often, my main one did this last Monday. It either sorts itself out or on my remote I:

1/ press Services

2/ select Settings

3/ Scroll across to network tap and press select

4/ Press red button to reset network connections

This usually sorts it, I hope that helps 🙂
