Error code 25 on Sky+HD box, communal system

I live in a flat with a communal Sky system. I have a Sky+HD box. I have the error code 25 saying Your Sky+HD box isn't getting a signal.

Cannot find any neighbours who even use Sky any more. Help please.

Apart from your neighbours your next port of call is to contact your landlord or building management company who will have approved engineers they can contact.

@Didi5 have you tried restarting your Sky box by switching off at the plug for 4 minutes? While it's off, check the dish connections at the box to confirm that they're securely connected.

 

If it doesn't help you'll need to speak with your flat's management team or landlord and request an engineer.
