EPG Issue for +24 hrs

Has anyone encountered the same issue as me. I find if I use the EPG and use the Yellow button for +24 hours I just keep getting "no listings available" message for every channel. I have rebooted my Skybox and this has made no difference. Any Ideas please?

That worked perfectly thank you changed the cables over as suggested thank you@Annie+UK
