Downloads don't stop at 100%
Hi Can anyone help? Over the last few days when downloading episodes from box sets on my Sky+hd box the download continues past 100% and the redlight stays on until the recording is cancelled (tonight it was 135%). I am unable to watch the recording and when it is deleted it doesn't appear in the deleted section. If I try and download the same episode there is often no problem. This is only an intermittent problem which has only started happening very recently for no appareent reason. Is anyone else having this problem ? Is this a problem from Sky or is my equipment at fault?

I had one random download the other day that did this so delete it as the chances are the download has failed and make sure that it hasn't gone into the deleted folder and if it has delete it from here again.
Now try and download it again.

Thanks for your quick reply. This has happened several times but not every time I have been trying to download. I have been doing what you suggest but this hasnt happened until the last few days so this is why I am seeking help.

You could try a planner rebuild:
Press Services on your remote
Select Help
Select Sky+ Rebuild
This should take no longer than 10 minutes, don't do it if you are recording or due to start recording something. Your recordings and downloads are safe when doing this.
