Can't Access TNT Channel on my TV ?

I can access TNT online on my laptop but when I try to access it on my TV I get the message 'Interactive Services are not available. Please check your SKY viewing card is inserted and your SKY box connected to your broadband ?

@BobStrummer do other on demand srvices work on your TV? It is not clear from your post which Sky TV service you have or who you pay for your TNT Sports both are also relevant to trying to sort this for you.

Hi @Chrisee , thanks for your reply. My SKY box is SKY+HD. My PayPal receipt shows I paid Dplay (Discovery) for the  TNT subscription. On Demand works works I'm guessing because I can download programmes if SKY search has them listed as available to download into my Planner. Thanks again !

@BobStrummer As far as I know, to watch TNT Sports channels on your Sky box, you need to subscribe to those channels either directly through Sky or via BT.

Re: Can't Access TNT Channel on my TV ?

This is certainly true, but does not explain the message, which incidentally I also get, which lays the blame at either the card not being inserted or broadband connected. I would have thought that if it had been detected that a subscription has not been purchased, the message would have been more along the lines of how to subscribe to see the content.
