Please Note: Sky+ is now a legacy/obsolete service that Sky are replacing with their newer services: Sky Glass, Sky Stream and Sky Q (Satellite TV is approaching end of life so is not a long term solution)
Sky wont fix it any more, you'll need to employ your own 3rd party company to take a look or move to a newer supported Sky service as mentioned above
