Damage to sky
I today had full fibre connected at my home and after connection I was unable to connect to my Sky plus. On inspection outside it was noticed that the disc has been damaged during installation of the full fibre. I have reported this to my provider and am waiting to hear back from them. However in the meantime I am unable to use my Sky.
I have had my Sky plus for approximately 16 years and some time back was offered Sky Q for free. I am now interested in taking up your offer.
Please could you contact me as soon as possible with regard to both issues.

Re: Damage to sky
As we are customers here you would need to call Sky about upgrading to Sky Q, but you should note Sky Q is much different to Sky+.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
