Craig stannard

The cable from the sky dish has been accidentally cut and now we have no signal on the sky tv box.

You have posted the same question on both the sky Q board and the sky plus board 

 

please confirm which system you have as the advice will differ

If it is a Sky+ box that you have got then Sky will not come out as they do not support these anymore so you will have to call a company local to you about this.

 

If you do have Sky Q then give Sky a call.

@Stannard1  Your duplicate thread on the Sky Q board has been removed as you already raised the same query on this board.

 

Please confirm if you have a Sky+HD box or Sky Q  as the response/outcome will be different.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
