Cowboys @ Eagles highlight shows

Anyone else having problems recording the highlights show for this game on 412. 

I can record the live game but it will not let me record any of the highlights shows at 7am 9am 5pm etc on the same channel. 

Staff at Sky have been no use and don't seem to understand what I am explaining.

They say I can't record on 412 even though I can record the live game on 412.

Anyone help?

This program cannot be recorded.

Usually  such errors like that have to be fixed by Sky so it might be worth reporting it to them via this email address - viewerR@sky.uk
