Connection and my bill
Hi I would like to discuss several issues I have with my sky and I am asking for a call back to resolve a few issues

You will need to initiate contact with Sky. They won't contact you as the result of your post here, in fact as your Community username is not linked to your Sky account they won't know who you are.
Also note that Sky+ and Sky+HD are no longer supported by Sky so although they may provide some advice on the phone you won't get an engineer visit if required.
