Clouding/Shadowing on screen

Hi all,

Bought a new Walker 43 Smart TV and connected to Sky Plus HD Box via HDMI cable. There appears to be shadowing or a lightness on certain parts of screen. Doesn't matter what I change the settings to its still there. Is this a a Box issue or TV issue  ?

Try swapping out the HDMI cable

Looks like excessive brightness. Try turning it down a bit.
