If you would have followed my simple step by step instructions in my FAQ you would have been sorted much sooner and would not have needed to contact Sky 🙄

I also posted a link with instructions on how to do this @tosher so while I'm glad it has been fixed for you looking at either mine or @Annie+UK links could have saved you from phoning Sky.
