I have a Bose 600 sound bar connected to a new Sony x85k tv via HDMI eARC. When watching recorded programmes on my Sky+HD box, I get an audible “click” noise from the Sound bar speakers after you press the play button on the Sky remote after fast forwarding.
(there is no clicking when resuming play after fast forwarding a streamed programme)
Additionally, when the tv is turned on with Sky as the input source, I get a rapid clicking noise from the Sound bar. This stops when you press the input source button on the tv remote.
I have tried different HDMI cables which connect the Sky box to the tv but no different outcome
Do you know what might be causing this and how to resolve it please?
